ADI PVT LTD operates the mobile application ADI PVT LTD (Package Name: com.anex.ADIPVTLTD) and associated administrative web applications. This application is an internal enterprise Smart Attendance & Workforce Management solution designed for employee authentication, precise attendance logging, geofence verification, and active-shift workforce tracking.
2. Data We Collect
To deliver workforce management and attendance services, we collect and process the following categories of data:
- Employee Identity Information: Full name, employee code/ID, department, designation, phone number, and official credentials assigned by ADI Admin.
- Precise Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates during attendance Punch-In/Punch-Out for geofence validation, and live location updates during active work shifts.
- Facial Data & Biometrics: Facial images captured via device camera for face enrollment, liveness detection, and identity verification during shift sign-in.
- Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device model, unique device ID, IP address, OS version, and app performance logs for security auditing.
3. How We Use Collected Data
We process collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Authenticating authorized employees logging into the application.
- Verifying Punch-In and Punch-Out location against authorized plant/office geofence boundaries.
- Preventing proxy attendance using face liveness and verification engines (AWS Rekognition).
- Active-shift tracking to monitor shift movement and generate daily workforce attendance reports for ADI Management.
4. Data Storage & Third-Party Service Providers
Data collected by ADI PVT LTD is stored securely and processed with strict role-based access control:

5. Account & Data Deletion Policy
Because employee accounts are created internally by ADI Administrators, employees cannot self-delete their profiles directly within the mobile application. However, employees or former employees have the right to request deletion of their personal and biometric data.
